The Rare Honey Company was born of a partnership between great food lovers and exceptional producers. Our small, family owned and operated apiary is located in the beautiful and remote south west corner of Western Australia.

Harvested by hand, then bottled at source in the pristine forests of the Margaret River region of Western Australia, our bees to create range of honeys unparalleled in flavour and powerful healing qualities from the naturally occurring active enzymes.
We have a strong focus on the careful extraction of unique, high-potency honeys. Our entire range is bio-active achieving at the minimum a Total Activity (TA) level of 10+.

Our TA+ laboratory certificates can be found here or if you'd like to find out more about the ways that honey is rated and what it means, read more here.

Our honeys are also made from the nectar of Western Australia's native flowering Jarrah, Redgum and Karri trees. We carefully select only the most pristine environments to let the bees do their work. Foraging in the 300 year old Jarrah and Redgum forests of Margaret River and Pemberton as well as the coastal heath as far south as Esperance, they produce an exceptional honey variety.

Once bottled and sealed, we ship directly to the UK to ensure our honey reaches you exactly as the bees made it - 100% pure, packed with healthy enzymes and deliciously sweet.
