100% natural and pure, our Karri honey is harvested from the unspoiled forests of Western Australia and cold extracted to preserve its natural enzymes, nutrients and flavour profiles.

We slowly churn and set our Karri honey for over a month to create a smooth, creamy spread. Perfect to spread on croissants, crumpets and toast.

All our honeys are rich in naturally occurring antioxidants, anti microbial and anti fungal properties making them not only delicious but great for your health too. There is no added sugar and pure honey has a lower glycemic level (GI) than refined sugar.

We pride ourselves on being ethically sourced from a small batch producer who is also our partner. They prioritise the health and sustainability of both the bees and the natural environment which supports them.
