Our cold extracted honey comes from the Jarrah tree, found only in the pristine south coast forests of Western Australia. Its unique nectar produces a highly potent honey from the slow growing trees which flower once every two years in one of the purest environments. This high quality Australia honey is chemist certified with one of the highest Total Activity (TA) ratings in our range.
